for major Owners and Property Managers in the United States and some
international accounts for thirty four years. We have managed the
roofing/waterproofing programs for over 1,200 retail and industrial
facilities over the years. We provide expert witness support to major
legal firms in dispute resolution and major legal actions.Our expertise in water management issues is extensive. We provide testing services to locate and identify water-related issues, and evaluate roof systems for wind uplift.
We have extensive experience in storm-related problems, and provide recommendations for corrective action when damage is not extensive, and project specifications for roof system replacement when roof system damage is extensive We deal with insurance adjusters to provide support in dispute resolution.
We have provided legal support for some of the highest profile roofing-related issues in the United States. Worked with major law firms in litigation, mediation and arbitration, and with insurance carriers defending contractors in legal disputes.
We offer a full line of consulting services for any or all roofing/waterproofing issues. We have access to, and work with, independent testing laboratories when necessary to resolve issues where physical properties of materials come into question. A basic understanding of the chemistry of roofing/waterproofing materials is essential in determination of which basic material properties are necessary to resolve the issues.

(EMAIL/704-283-8556)is author of innumerable articles on roof material performance, lectures on roofing technology at the University of Wisconsin Engineering Extension school, and at programs at the International Roofing Exhibition (IRE). He served on the Technical Operations Committee of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) for twenty-five years with responsibilities for writing sections of, and editing the NRCA Roofing and Waterproofing Manual, developing the NRCA Roof Coatings Manual, the NRCA Energy Manual. |

Daniel J. Buckle III has provided inspection and testing capabilities for over twenty-five years at CRS. He is familiar with all types of roofing and waterproofing issues, and is a credible observer during examination by other parties. He develops specifications and prepares CAD drawings to provide clear direction when unorthodox conditions occur in construction. |
